Hardwood Floor Installation
Hardwood Floor Installation

At Company Floors Services, we specialize in hardwood floor installations and all other kinds of flooring. Our offerings include real hardwood, engineered wood, and laminate – the installation process for any is similar. We understand that residences need minimal disruption during the installation; so our professionals can usually finish it up in 2-4 days. We also provide removal of existing floor materials as well as efficient disposal services. Moreover, if required, our experts inspect and prepare the subfloor to ensure that your new floor lasts you many years.
At the beginning of our collaboration, we’re offering a free consultation and an estimate. Our directory of hardwood flooring materials is also a great source for ideation and planning; customers can examine what’s available to get some ideas before the meeting, and we’ll be more than willing to provide advice as well. We typically suggest Oak due to its many advantages. Furthermore, we accept installation requests for various types of hardwood floors: nail-down, glue-down, or floating systems. Additionally, we offer strip flooring, parquet floors & herringbone designs in any wood option desired by the customer. Finally, accents like borders, medallions & moldings are all possibilities when using our services.

Flooring strips, whether hardwood, engineered wood, or laminate, are designed with a tongue and groove interlocking system. This allows for hardwood floor installation to be completed quicker than other options. The pieces can be placed from one end of the room to the other and then locked in place either through nails or glue depending on the type of system you have installed. An ideal option where the subfloor is not entirely level is a floating system. In this case a thin layer of cushioning is first laid down before securing the boards together on top.
When it comes to flooring, there are two main types: prefinished and unfinished. Prefinished is already treated with a coating at the factory, so installation is quick and easy. As for unfinished, you can choose to add a stain and protect the floor with a hardy, low-odor and fast-drying acrylic polyurethane. This protective layer helps retain the wood’s luster and shine for years. Learn more about hardwood flooring installation now!
